Permission has been requested to be able to establish a Distillery on Portion 141 (of133) of Hangklip Farm 559 situated along the dirt road between Rooiels and Pringle Bay.  
The letter below (dated 11th July) indicates that the Municipal Planning Tribunal has approved the application.
Those who objected can Appeal the decision.  They have 21 days from that letter in which to appeal.  RERA was an objector and it calls on Members of RERA to send emails to [email protected] with any comments and inputs on developing an Appeal.
