RERA 2023 AGM final meeting 30th March 2024

Dear RERA Members and Rooielsers,


We are pleased that the number of Rooiels Erf owners who are now paid-up members of RERA in 2024 has reached 90! Thank you for your contribution and trust so early in the year!


We hope that many of you can join the upcoming AGM Meeting on 30 March 2024 at 10:30, Pringle Bay Community Hall. At the meeing, members will elect the new RERA Exco while all Rooielsers are invited to attend and engage in the discusisons. If you are not able to join in person, you may participate virtually, or submit a proxy form. Please let us know in advance by writing to [email protected].


Further to the elections, important topics on the agenda include: 

• Land use and infrastructure matters
  
• Development of a possible Special Rating Area in Rooiels
  
• Fire risk prevention and management in Rooiels
  
• Road-calming measure on the R 44
  
• Upcoming work on the RERA Constitution
