The Guide below provides an excellent and very readable overview of how to conserve this fragile ecosystem, much of which is applicable to the fynbos and it shows the importance of this conservation to productive agriculture. It also includes an illustrated guide to the common flora and fauna with photos of some of the mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, insects and plants found in the Overberg Ruens (Coastal Mountain Ridges) Renosterveld.
