Planning Provisions and the issue of Overlay Zones that accommodate Rooiels special needs
In January 2017 we were all asked by RERA to provide feedback on the Draft Environmental Management Overlay Zone Regulations
2019 - Go to the Amendments to the Overlay Zone Regulations where you will see the Specific proposed Amendments to the specially protected heritage and environmental zones, Rooiels HPOZ and EMOZ, as well as the Maps. And the final Rooiels HPOZ and the proposed Rooiels RECOZ can be found on their own Blog page.
The Overstrand is guided by its 5 year development plan (and you can go to their website to find the Annual Reviews to the Plan)
