Municipal Planning Regulations incorporating Rooiels HPOZ

You can download the 2020 Provincial Gazette which provides the latest information on the Planning Regulations in the Overstrand and includes the Rooiels Heritage Protection Overlay Zone applying to the scenic corridor protection for a part of Rooiels.  The specifically Rooiels provisions are annex 12 on page 127.  The Maps have been taken from the original consultant report.
