Every year Rooiels brings out a magazine for the Christmas holidays.

The Breeze this year will include a double page section featuring the artists in Rooiels.  Leann Becker is coordinating the spread.  But she needs to know who you are!

Please would all the artists in Rooiels send Leann some information on who you are, what work you create,  -- and a photo of your work - preferably one of you with your work.

Leann would also like to discuss the idea of linking the article with an Art Walk in the Village as part of the Christmas programme.

Wimpie and his partner Monique have opened up the shop after the renovations.  And Emile paid a brief visit after his successful courses - he will be back in December.
The shop has been expanded and extended and they will be regularly stocking fresh produce.  As you see below they have - fishing, braai, diving, and basic car supplies - are getting great meat, including boerewors, and cold meats from Joostenberg, fresh vegies, dairy products, eggs etc, those delicious Ticklemouse biscuits and all the dry goods.  Also hardware, garden and house tools, toys, clothes, basic meds and everything else that you need - even wetsuits, bodyboards and fins. And gifts - even bird feeder bottles!  A real one-stop shop. We would like to keep them here and doing well.  Please be sure to support the Rooiels Village Shop.
