This is a reminder of the RERA AGM to be held on Friday, 30 December 2022 at 10:00 in the Pringle Bay Community Hall.

The DRAFTAGMMinutes were prepared, as has been the custom across the years, by the incoming 
Exco. The link was sent out together with the first formal Notice of the Meeting, together with links
 to the Nomination and Proxy Forms on 6th December.  

As indicated to all Rooielsers in the Mailchimp of 22nd December, we have four of our current EXCO 
availableforrelection and 3 nominations for new Exco members to join the team:  
Achim Halpaap, Piet van Rensburg and Tom Baigrie.

The Minutes of the most recent meeting held with the Mayor are now available from the Plot Clearing webpage together with the OM Policy on Plot Clearing and all the Objections made.
